David Vigil joined the Housing Division as an AmeriCorps VISTA member to advance affordable housing initiatives such as the Farmworker Housing Action Plan and the City's pro-housing designation. These housing initiatives aim to increase affordable housing and expand housing programs for residents in Salinas.
